This 3 BD/2BA brick home is located on the #4 green of Pendleton Harbor 9-Hole PAR 3 golf course and has a lake view of Carrice Creek. Situated on a corner lot with pull through carport/garage with over a 1/2 acre of yard for extra parking if needed. There are two public boat launches, two full-service restaurants, convenience store, Dollar General and Keith's Tackle store within a 1-2 mile radius.

Toledo Bend Hawthorne Fish & Fun # 3

This cozy house is located in a quiet neighborhood and is the perfect place to get away from it all. This house can sleep five guest. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. In the kitchen there is an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker. In the backyard there is a deck, fire ring, fish cleaning station. There is water access when the lake is at near full pool guest will be able to dock their boat. There also is a community boat launch. We added a hot tub.

This listing is for an entire home with a back yard apartment. The Rock House is newly renovated and located in the town of Zwolle in Sabine Parish. It is a great location to stay and experience Toledo Bend. Fishermen, hunters and groups working from out of town are welcome. It’s also a perfect place to stay while visiting family and friends for the holidays enjoying the Tamale Fiesta in October, or just getting away for the weekend. This home is close to a grocery store and restaurants.

Pineland itself is located halfway between Sam Rayburn Lake and Toledo Bend Lake, a perfect location to launch your fishing adventures. We are in the center of town, so the rumble of the sawmill and occasionally the train can be heard. This house is equipped with all the supplies you'll need for an easy stay, from kitchen equipment and dishes to linens and towels.

Fire pit (with firewood) in large yard and outdoor kitchen with fish cleaning station, sink, charcoal grill, gas burner, electric fryer on large covered porch. Dogs are allowed with pet fee.
