This is a beautiful 1500 s.f. Bungalow on the Sierra hill side overlooking the San Juaquin Valley. Very peaceful, very serene, and very private. Star viewing is awesom Christmas and New Years weeks are special holiday weeks and require a 5 night min Note: Verison is the only cell service that works here (very well). Yosemite NP is about an hour away, via 2 entrances, with year-round activities for all activity levels. This 1940's, clean with modern amenities house, is nicely situated in the historic, gold rush town of Mariposa. The charming, all brick house has two bedrooms, queen beds with luxury bedding, one spacious bathroom, central air, as well as a wood stove available seasonally. Kitchen is stocked with utensils for preparing meals and coffee is provided. The cottage is within walking distance to restaurants, the historic courthouse, YART, Main St. shops, and it's only a 45 minute drive Yosemite!
