All bed and bath linens are supplied, as well as all cookware, dinnerware and glassware in the kitchen. A few essential items are provided upon arrival: Dawn dishwashing soap, one sponge, two dishwasher pods, one garbage bag, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, two individual/small bars of soap per bathroom, one laundry powder and one fabric softener. Age requirement: Minimum age limit to rent this home is 25 years old. Credit card fee: All payments are subject to a 3.25% credit card processing fee. Rental agreement: A signed rental agreement is required upon booking. Monthly rentals: SNOWBIRDS WELCOME! Monthly rental rates are available during the winter season, November through early March. Please contact Sunshine Vacation Rentals if you are interested. Cancellation policy: We strongly encourage our guests to purchase the optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. All reservations include an administrative fee of $35 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of a reservation cancellation. Credit cards processing fees will be charged upon cancellation which is equal to 3.25% of all payments made. Reservations canceled at least 60 days before check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled between 30 to 60 days before check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled less than 30 days before check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full advance rental payments and any other payments. Our two-story unit comes with two dedicated parking spaces, a private patio, and is centrally located to Port St. Joe, Panama City and Cape San Blas.

In order to ensure the safety of our guests we utilize a doorbell camera . Must be 25 to rent!!! Welcome! The Bay is a block from the “Long Weekend “. 1 to 3 minutes to the BAY! ABOUT 15 minutes scenic drive to BEACH! Pickleball courts at “Fred Pate Park” Beautiful rental with LVT flooring and more. We have a lot of bicycles! Bike trails, sidewalks, bay and restaurants are a bike ride away. Quiet, fun ,exciting town for all and peaceful ! Good times and great memories!!!!

The Outlook

Brand new construction completed in 2024 - the Outlook on Oleander. Just a 90-second walk to beach access at 4th Street. Three stories for stellar views! Our family has had a home in Mexico Beach since the '70s and we are proud to have rebuilt post-Michael! Come enjoy the forgotten coast and get away from it all. Snowbirds welcome. Due to the layout of our home, guests younger than 8 are not recommended. There are 3 flights of stairs - kitchen/living on third floor.

Pet friendly 2 BR/2 Bath cottage (additional fee for pets (limit 2)and just steps to the beach and pool access. Only half a block to the most beautiful beaches on the Gulf! Master bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom. Tv 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and tv. Sofa sleeper. 2 Parking spaces No Stairs or Elevators! Our cottage is pet friendly but the beaches of Mexico Beach are not. There is a pet friendly beach just 1 mile east in Gulf county.
