Masseria con trulli

Typical construction of rural region of the Apulian hills, this tiny farm is surrounded by a fourishing nature with its typical age-old olive and fruit trees. The agricultural tool's depot and animal shelter is now a spacious and comfortable living room with a double bed sofa and a big fireplace. Two trulli have now become cosy bedrooms both with a double bed and a single bed. There are two bathroom with shower. One is located in the house, the other is beside equipped with a washing machine. Behind this bathroom there is a external shower under a big olive tree, very loved to our guests.

La Casa di Silvestro è un elegante dimora in pietra, ideale per immergersi nella quietcation della Valle d'Itria. Due camere matrimoniali luminose e confortevoli, una grande cucina e due atrii privati offrono un'oasi di pace assoluta. Disponibile su richiesta divano letto da un posto. Si trova nel cuore del centro storico, vicinissimo al corso principale dalla città. E' un edificio storico, sviluppato su 3 livelli con una stanza per piano collegate da scale, con arredi storici, ampia cucina abitabile, due camere da letto matrimoniali e terrazzo con doccia esterna e una vista incantevole . Si affaccia con balconi ad una delle piazze più magiche della città, tranquilla ed elegante. Le scale sono dotate di corrimano, ma sconsigliamo il posto a persone con mobilità ridotta.

La Casetta del Pescatore

Questa casetta e' al piano terra in pieno centro storico a Mola di Bari. E' stata ristrutturata nel 2015 recuperando due locali usati nei tempi passati come deposito delle reti da pesca di uno dei piu' famosi pescatori della zona: mio padre. Ha due entrate: una principale in Via Duomo 19 e una secondaria. E' vicina a ristoranti, mare, farmacie, bar e vita notturna. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie (con bambini) e piccoli amici pelosi (animali domestici). CIS: BA07202891000037090

Trulli di Mezza

I Trulli di Mezza sono un antico complesso rurale che può accogliere comodamente fino a sei ospiti in un ambiente semplice e ospitale. Un'arredamento minimal lascia lo spazio agl'archi in pietra viva e alle nicchie che fanno da protagoniste. Situati nel cuore della Valle d'Itria, offrono una piscina condivisa con un altro appartamento ubicato all'interno della stessa proprietà. I Trulli sono situati a pochi minuti di auto dal mare e dalle stupende spiagge della costa orientale Pugliese.

Dal 01/10/2023 a BARI è dovuta tassa di soggiorno di 2€ al giorno per persona,da pagare in struttura La nostra casa a livello strada sorge nel centro storico di Bari a pochi passi da tutti i luoghi di interesse (Basilica di San Nicola,Porto e Castello Svevo) È climatizzato e comprende 1 camera da letto ,soggiorno con divano letto e cucina completamente attrezzata. L'aeroporto dista 9 km. ,la stazione 6. a circa 800mt. Parcheggio a 5euro al giorno.

Il Cigno, Beautiful house with large terrace

Our house was build more than one hundred years ago, with thinck limestone walls and high ceiling, at a few meters away from Polignano downtown and from Arco Marchesale, where you can find many restaurants, coffees and shops. Into the house you will find a desk and a library dedicated to book crossing. The books are availale for the guests: you should take away what you like and leave what you have readed, also with a message for the next reader.
