Gourmet dinning is just a 1. 2 kilometers walk away along the Ocean Beach Esplanade. Lots of kite and wind surfers, boats and barges pass in front of the house. Yet only a 8 minute drive to Parkgate shopping Centre. Situated at the base of Mt. Seymour Provincial Park, with mountain biking trails. We offer a 650 sf suite , with one bedroom, and an additional fold out couch that sleeps two. Has a full bathroom with tub/shower. Use of kayak and Paddleboard.
