Το διαμέρισμα κατασκευάστηκε το 2021 και βρίσκεται στην καρδιά του χωριού "Κουρκουμελάτα", ένα από τα πιο γραφικά χωριά του νησιού με ιδιαίτερη αρχιτεκτονική.
