Respectful guests come enjoy our beautifully appointed apartment in the heart of historic Cocoa Village. Our upper level studio apartment has been freshly painted and tastefully decorated with a coastal theme. We added a privacy wall between the living space and the queen bed, that gives a sense of multiple rooms. The couch pulls out to an additional queen bed. The apartment has a beautiful, privacy fenced courtyard and pool that is shared with the guests in the main house.

Escape to your dream retreat just a half mile from the sun-kissed shores! Our cozy haven is the ideal spot for couples seeking a tranquil beach escape. Enjoy a leisurely 5-minute stroll to the beach. Conveniently located near downtown Melbourne, Cocoa Beach, and Port Canaveral, you'll also find the Brevard Zoo and Kennedy Space Center close by. We're only an hour east of Orlando International Airport and theme parks, making your getaway both accessible and unforgettable!

6 mile surf

The home is 1600 sqft and your space is 335 sqft, private and cozy!!! It has a bedroom, living room and a full bath. parking is under carport for those tropical rainy days ( please park on the right side) it's shared space. There are two smart t.v which have Netflix, tubi, YouTube and others. the kitchenette has a keurig, compact size fridge and microwave. we have beach chairs/ towels, outside shower, hot and cold water. *cats on property!!! *ages 21 and over
