In the morning, stroll to our private dock and catch a brilliant sunrise as dolphins swim by in search of their morning meal. Half duplex, and fully equipped with kitchen and cooking basics. Both halves can be rented together upon request.

Sunsets from the sun room, coffee on our private dock, daily dolphin sightings. The river view retreat is located directly above the garage (1 flight of stairs to enter). 15 miles to cruise ships & NASA/17 miles to cocoa beach. NO PARTIES! Additional guests allowed with prior approval. Hosts live on site. Free parking on site for 2 cars.
