This ain't your mama's barn loft apartment! We have spent years building one of the best places to stay in the Weirs. We aren't on the lake but we are near everything you want to do. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and Funspot! The Experience hits you the second you open your own private door. Small kitchen w/micro coffee maker & fridge. NO STOVE only a single NuWave burner. Come & go as you please. This apartment is the lower level of our entire home. Very private and separate space. The home is in the heart of downtown, just a 5 min walk to all that Meredith has to offer including its quaint shops, numerous restaurants & bars, as well as the shores of both Lake Winnipesaukee, and Lake Waukewan. This location is a great home base for your outdoor activities. When you return from your day of fun warm up by the wood burning fireplace. This charming home and its location will not disappoint!

The Lake house

Enjoy the southern exposure, a sugar sand walkout beach, an L-shaped dock, and classic Lake Winnipesaukee construction. The open concept includes a full kitchen and a living room. The spacious bathroom also includes a washer and dryer. It has one private bedroom, and a ships ladder guides you to a loft containing additional sleeping space, with a catwalk to a private balcony overlooking the lake. This property has a detached bunkhouse with two full-sized beds and a ¾ bath.

(1.8 miles) to Church Landing, 18 min (9.6 miles) to Bank of NH Pavilion.

Downtown! Studio w 3/4 Bathroom. Private Entrance!

This is one room with a queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom. Breakfast nook, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. This room comes with it's own seperate entrance, private bathroom, and private patio (Patio is not open in the winter). Also we have off street parking for one or two cars. I am new to hosting, so for now please a two person max. Walking distance to downtown. Less than 100 yards and you are in the middle of downtown Meredith.
