This spacious ranch home is 2100 sq. ft. on the main floor. There is an additional theater/game room on the lower level. There is a front porch with rocking chairs, a back deck, a sunroom, and a small attached greenhouse for relaxing and enjoying a cup of coffee.

Welcome to our fully furnished apartment, perfect for one or two guests. It features a quiet, clean, cozy space. We offer a comfy king size bed. The bathroom is handicapped equipped with grab bars and a spacious shower. Private guest entry has steps, but we have a ramp entry if mobility issues are a concern. Guests have use of designated parking and an outdoor patio area with a propane grill. Located in a quiet, country setting minutes from downtown Meadville and Allegheny College.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This house is located about 4 miles outside of Meadville, but still on a main road. It is easy to get to and has plenty of parking. There is a large backyard with apple trees and blueberries as well as a place to cook outside. The house gets water from its own well, which is hard water in this area. There is a window A/C in the large upstairs bedroom and plenty of fans and windows. Overall, just a great place to enjoy.
