An eclectic mix of materials were re-purposed to create the welcoming space - both inside and out. Located on a rise above the Collins River - the river is not immediately visible but is only steps away! There is also easy access for launching kayaks or small fishing boats on the property.

Quiet, relaxing and centrally located. The Post Oak cabin is the perfect place to sit back and take in some peace and quiet. It is nestled off of the main road, but only 12 minutes from downtown attractions. It is surrounded by green pastures and mature wooded area. Enjoy the scenery of the beautiful sunsets and sunrises off of the large front or back porch. As well as, fire pit area and beautiful grazing horses in the pasture. Private Guest House. We welcome you to our homestead in the making. We have cleaned up and made many improvements to the property and guest house has been remodeled. Enjoy campfires under the stars, free-ranging chickens and ducks. Cats and dogs will lovingly greet you! Just 20 min to McMinnville. 10 min to Isha yoga center. 15 min to the Cumberland Caverns. 30 minutes to Fall Creek Falls and Rock Island. Cell service is spotty here. McMinnville is the closest shopping/restaurants

We offer a location where you can get away to just relax, enjoy the views and fish in our well stocked pond. But if you’re more adventurous, there are local areas for hiking, repelling, atv riding and cave exploring, all within a short driving distance. Some of these include Stone Door State Park, Greeter Falls, Fiery Gizzard trail, The Caverns music venue and cave tours, and Cumberland Caverns. There is also golfing available at 6 locations within an hours drive or less!
