Local attractions such as Manistique’s lighthouse, boardwalk, marina and Lake Michigan are 0.6 miles from your doorstep. This 1 bedroom apartment offers a king bed and a queen air mattress.

Lake Michigan beach and boat access 5 minutes away. 45 minutes to Pictured Rocks, 20 minutes to Kitch iti kipi, 25 minutes to La Fayette State Park. 12v batteries supply a bit of power and a few lights. Pets are welcome except on beds and futon :) Silverware, utensils, propane and firewood provided. You'll need ice, food, and drinking water.

3 1/2 miles North off US-2 Perfectly nested in a beautiful country setting with pull in driveway with a large area for parking. Plenty of FREE firewood for the firepit for relaxing around a fire in the evening under the stars. Maple Leaf is centrally located 1 hour or less to U.P. attractions. South Manistique Lake which is 2 miles north of cottage. You can access the trails from the south of cottage 300 feet on a scenic trail in the woods about 2 miles turn left or right to find the trails.

We are about 1/2 mile from Highway 2, 8 miles to Lake Michigan beaches, and within 1 hour to most Eastern U.P. attractions including Tahquamenon Falls, Lake Superior, Oswald’s Bear Ranch, Pictured Rocks, Big Springs ( Kitch-iti- Kipi) or the Mackinac Bridge and Mackinac Island. Owners live on the premises and will usually be in the area should problems arise.

The Seney Cabin features a rustic log home adjacent to Seney National Wildlife Refuge for hiking trails, nature watching, cross country skiing, and fishing. It is located directly on the beautiful Manistique River. There are snowmobile and ATV/ORV trails just down the road. There is a fire pit and picnic table in the backyard. The cabin has a large full kitchen and dining table that seats 8, full size washer and dryer, fireplace, and deck. A perfect place to build some UP memories!
