Relax and unwind in our peaceful getaway nestled in the timber pines of northern Dunsmuir. Enjoy your stay in this cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, very close to the Mt. Shasta Ski Resort, and several well know waterfalls. This home has recently been fully remodeled, with a new Hot Springs hot tub. This home offers a Cal King bed in the upstairs bedroom, queen size beds in each of the 2 downstairs bedrooms, and an extra fold out queen size bed if needed. Great location in the best part of town!

Woodland Hideaway in Dunsmuir near Mt. Shasta

The Woodland Hideaway has two bedrooms: one with a king size bed & master bath & one with a queen. Another full bath is close by. Two cots are also available. The living room has comfortable seating, a pool table, wood burning stove, and a 56” Smart TV. A second living area includes a gas fireplace, comfortable seating, dining area, desk and a picture window which looks out into a canopy of fir, pine, holly & black oak trees. The kitchen is fully stocked and we also have a washer & dryer.

Sleepy Hollow (DOGS OK $40 pet fee for each dog)

Beautiful 3 bedroom home in the small, historic town of McCloud. Booking requires a 3 night minimum. This home has a lot to offer and includes a wonderful wood-burning fireplace, air conditioner and a large backyard that backs up to the forest - don't be surprised if you see some deer while enjoying the yard. Dogs are welcomed ($40 pet fee for each dog 2 dogs max. This pet fee is extra for our cleaning girl. For extra dog hair clean up.Keep in mind possible power outage during winter.

Our house is situated in McCloud, nestled on the southern slope of majestic Mount Shasta, offering year-round recreational activities. The historic McCloud downtown, where you find unique dining and shopping venues, is within walking distance. You can easily access Mt. Shasta Ski Park for winter sports and McCloud Falls for a summer excursion. Enjoy the fully fenced backyard, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peace! Please note that we don't accept guests with no or bad reviews.

Redband Retreat

Great location located in the heart of McCloud near shops and restaurants. Easy access to highway for skiing, snowboarding, and sledding in the winter and fishing, hiking and boating in the summer! The view of Mt Shasta can be enjoyed on the front porch while you sip your favorite drink! Enjoy the warmer months on the back patio that has a patio table and a beautiful and delicious apple tree! Nestled at the end of a quiet country road just outside of Mt Shasta, this lovely guest house offers a quiet, cozy, and relaxing space with Mountain View’s in almost every direction. The hand-crafted interior includes a full kitchen and gas range, full bathroom, queen size bed and full couch for extra sleeping space. There is also a 50’ lap pool with stunning views of Mt. Shasta that is available for guests to use. Also you may enjoy the faint sound of the train in the distance.

Only 2 mi to the lake and 12 mi to the ski park. Gigi's is a short walk for an Italian brunch of frittata and espresso.
