Despina's House

A cozy 50 sqm house was initially built for my family‘s summer vacations. It is located in the center of the village and just 10 meters from the beach. Mochlos is a small fishing village, famous for the hospitality of the local people. It has small but picturesque beaches. In the village there is a Mini Market for your basic needs, in just 30 minutes drive you can visit bigger towns of Lassithi prefecture. Among other activities scuba diving and water sports are offered for your entertainment.

Our beautiful family house is located 9 km west of Ierapetra and 3 km to Myrtos, at the beach side of the farm village Ammoudares, at a distance of 30 m from the beach. It's a 65 sqm house, with a spacious balcony and a lot of outdoor space with a playground for small children. There are lots of trees, mostly olive trees and pine trees by the sea side. Its a very quiet place, with the discrete neighbouring of my parents.

Villa Kalliopi is ideally located just 3 km from the picturesque town of Agios Nikolaos and Lake Voulismeni. The distance from the sea is 20 meters with easy and comfortable access. At the same time you will find a stone table in which shade is created from the foliage of the olive trees.
