Enjoy cooking outdoors with the BBQ grill, or make use of the full indoor kitchen. Create memories with the family while roasting s'mores around the gas fire pit and snuggling up with one of the board games provided. Snowmobilers can access the trail a couple miles away by road or by trailering to the Mayville Town Park.

Completely renovated, this lovingly designed, modern 2-bed, 2-bath, 1,000 sq. ft. cottage - filled with natural light - offers a cozy, elegant vacation and features an office with a very comfy pull-out memory-foam, queen couch-bed for the 3rd bedroom. (Extra Cleaning Fee of $100 when office converts to bedroom.) Located lakefront just 1 mile from Chautauqua Institution, the home has a dock & a boat slip just steps from the porch. Enjoy spectacular views downstairs and from the master bedroom.

This charming smoke and pet free two bedroom heat and a/c cottage is a short walk to the lake with small boat and swimming access. A minimum 2 night stay will sleep a maximum of 5 and provides enough room to relax if weather is inclement. Spacious yard with amenities for an evening campfire, and gas grill for those picnic meals. Bring food, personal needs, and clothes and you're ready to stay. The area is packed with fun sights, restaurants and activities. We do not provide a dock or dockage.
