Seasonal heated outdoor pool. Only five blocks from Downtown Ludington with restaurants, shops, grocery store, galleries, and Sandcastles Children's Museum.

Hot tub, kayaks, 2 decks, firepit-FUN GALORE! Plus the house on acreage, very private! Rustic living w/modern amenities: gas grill, pellet stove, 50” TV w/Roku, 2nd TV w/DVD player, WIFI. The home is private, not directly on lake (<1000 ft directly in front of the home). Shallow water area, able to put in with kayaks/rowboat (no dock, shared area). Close by are other launches such as Victory Park or the Beautiful State Park! Rec. 4WD in winter. NOTE: We do have a ring camera on parking area.
