Close proximity to the Franklin Ranch Park and the Franklin Drive Through Safari and walking distance to everything throughout downtown Franklin.

Just 45 minutes from Texas A&M University in College Station and 40 minutes from Sam Houston University in Huntsville. Enjoy golf on the beautiful course with plenty of trees for shade.
