Wendels Acre is a rural property, our house and grounds is an acre of garden & 4 acres of land, running sheep. The studio has sea views and it's own private garden. The location is close to Mapua Village, Rabbit Island, Motueka, Great taste cycle trail (Nelson to Kaiteriteri), Kaiteriteri Mountain bike park, & Abel Tasman National Park. We have enhanced the plantings to encourage native birds which is a quiet, relaxing & tranquil area. We are a retired couple looking forward to hosting you.

Ben Morven Vineyard Cottage

Experience country living with expansive views over the vineyard and valley. Open the dining room, lounge and bedroom doors wide open to enjoy an idyllic private setting. Enjoy the comforts of home by being able to drive into the garage with internal access, full kitchen, laundry, separate guest toilet, master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. Walk around the property and nearby walking tracks and use our guest bikes to explore the surrounding area. Wifi and full Sky Satellite TV.

Deerbrooke Kaikōura Chalets Unit 1

These one bedroom purpose built brand new chalets offer luxury living with a super large shower, bath and a large lounge with a kitchenette. The Chalets have King beds, sofas, TV with sky channels, new fibre network, plenty of off street parking and own laundry facilities. Situated on State Highway One and only a 3 minute drive to the Kaikoura township. Discover what Kaikoura has to offer within a short distance of you Chalets...Whale watching, Dolphin Swimming, Swim with the seals, Kayaking.

Central Nelson: Sunny Private Studio with a view

The best of both worlds! A quiet 1/2 acre sanctuary with extensive views out to sea but only a short distance to town. Completely separate lockable access to a generously sized, sunny studio apartment, with undercover parking next to your entrance. A mountain bike park on the back doorstep or a scenic walk into town. The walk back up is steep and requires moderate fitness. Otherwise sit back and drink in the view or wander in the garden. Breakfast of home made muesli/yoghurt and toast.

Our cottage is conveniently situated 5 km from Blenheim Airport, in the heart of the world renowned Marlborough wine region.

DDOG Vineyard & Wetlands

Welcome....come and stay! Situated a few kms out of Renwick, the Cedar Barn lies within the DDOG Vineyard and is at the end of a private road. Set away from the main homestead, you can enjoy your own privacy whilst taking in the stunning views over our vineyard and olive grove, and further across both the Richmond ranges and Wither Hills. You are welcome to walk around the property which include ponds and wetlands. Find a shady spot for a picnic by the stream.

Rest & Relax

Rest and relax in your sunny private riverside studio apartment or explore the close vineyards that surround us and the beautiful Marlborough Sounds. The studio accommodates up to 4 people and is located in Renwick a 5 minute drive away from Blenheim Airport and 30 minutes drive to the Picton Ferry. A minimum stay for 2 nights is requested. However we can arrange for a one night stay for $20 more if you reach out to us.

Vineyard Retreat

A lovely private and peaceful space set within a vineyard in the Waihopai Valley. This is a great spot to take time out from busy life. With separate guest access and use of a private courtyard, this airbnb offers the best of Marlborough in a quiet rural setting 10 mins from Renwick and 15 mins to the airport. Guests have a separate ensuite and use of kitchenette (fridge/cooktop/sink/small oven) and a shared laundry.

Great views of the mountains ,close to walking tracks .Cosy up in the winter months with views of snow on the mountains or watch the many channels on sky tv.
