Studio on Higgins is in the heart of Margaret River town. You are a hop, skip & jump to local shopping, coffee shops, restaurants & a brewery on the main street. Our back gate opens up to the amazing Margaret River, Old Kate Rotary Park, forest walks, bike trails, Old settlement, the Hairy Marron coffee shop & bike hire. We are a short car ride to the beach and beautiful wineries & breweries. Please read description before booking! We want guests to be informed & aware of our space & situation.

Sauna Retreat - Sea La Vie - near Town & Beach

Nestled in the heart of nature, Sea La Vie is enveloped by towering Blue Gums and the soothing sounds of birds. While it offers a serene retreat, it remains conveniently close to town, the river (track across the road) and beautiful beaches perfect for swimming or catching one of the world's most spectacular sunsets. Soak in the comfort of this romantic space, featuring a brand new Scandinavian-inspired architectural sauna and the warmth of an outdoor bath, for a truly rejuvenating experience.

The Studio: Old Dunsborough.

The Studio is the north wing of our Old Dunsborough home, purpose-built to host couples in comfort and grace. With separate entry and parking, guest independence and privacy are assured. The Studio offers wifi and smart TV for your evening entertainment, or for that weekend retreat. Secure storage for boards and bikes, with mtb trails 100m away. The location is ideal for taking advantage of the attractions and events that Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River Wine Region have to offer.

Jersey Queen is a 2-bedroom family friendly guest house with a relaxed country vibe. Best suited to families and couples staying together. This special place will make you feel right at home. Only a 5-minute walk to Cowaramup main street for food, coffee and drinks. *NB, Additional charge of $40/night for 5th guest (fold-away bed and linen to suit a child) *NB, We live in an adjoining property with a child and a dog. You may hear us from time to time. We do our best to minimise our noise.

Studio Metta Cowaramup

Studio Metta ( Shire approval P220383) is a cosy, light and bright self contained studio. There is one large bedroom with a queen bed, a great bathroom with high ceilings and a generously sized living area which incorporates a kitchenette and fridge, a sofa, an occasional chair and a small table for dining. Total floor area is 50m2. The outlook from the living area and the private outdoor deck is onto Parkwater forest, where you can hear birdsong and feel the nature right on your doorstep.

This luxury studio boasts unique ocean views from the private roof terrace. The property is located a short walk to the beach, you can rinse off in the outdoor shower after your morning swim in the courtyard bathed in morning sun. Rammed limestone compliments the coastal interiors of this bright space. Enjoy the WA sunsets on the roof terrace, with a drink in hand. The studio is connected to a main house but with complete private access and spaces to enjoy. Designated off-street parking.

Kookie's is a cosy studio with en suite and private entrance located in Margaret River. Features include King bed, Netflix/TV and a shower big enough to cartwheel in. Reverse cycle A/C comfort and push bikes available on request. Suits singles, couples or friends looking for a getaway. Conveniently located 5 min drive from the Margaret River Main Street. The river is a 5 minute walk away with stunning bush walks and trails, if you follow the river you'll find the Brewhouse! P221658

Ideal for 2 Enjoy all that Margaret River has to offer in this conveniently located property two Km's from the town centre. Bigger than you expect. You'll have a queen bed with beautiful linen. A cosy lounge in which to relax. Lovely bathroom with a shower and soft bath sheets. Some locally made bath salts for you for when you’re relaxing in the bath. A kettle, toaster and microwave are all supplied, but why eat in when you have so many cafes, restaurants and wineries nearby.

Little Ginger is the perfect romantic couples getaway surrounded by ginger trees and a friendly ginger cat named Simon who sleeps under the ginger trees. Sip on champagne in the outdoor bathtub while your partner cooks up a feed on the weber Q, or relax in the luxurious king bed after taking a shower under the double rain shower heads. The studio is equipped with everything you need including: a toaster, kettle, microwave, Nespresso machine, and a plug in cooktop.

Kitty Kat Lane

A small hobby farm in Margaret River. I'm a brewer at a local brewery on a self sufficiency journey with my two daughters. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful farm/bush setting, close to town, the beach and a waterfall.
