Exactly 9.6 miles from Peoria airport and exactly 14.6 miles to the Peoria Civic Center, this apartment is located in a quiet country area. This is an apartment in the Horsemeister stall barn. Private entrance, plenty of parking, This is a working horse farm with 2 stallions, mares and foals. Can sleep 4 adults comfortably but if you have a larger group you are welcome to bring airbeds. This is just 4 miles from the village of Hanna City. There is a sectional couch that can sleep 2 children.

The house is located a half block away from the Rock Island Trail, it is the longest trail in the area. The Heights Strip is only minutes away! We are minutes from PIA! *Please no smoking of any kind in our home or near the door *($250 fine)* We are NOT a cannabis friendly property. In Illinois it is illegal to possess or use cannabis on private property without the owner's permission. Cozy with lots of character including the original squeeky hardwood floors, comfortable furniture, & a warm electric fireplace.
