Nous sommes ravis de vous accueillir dans ce logement INCROYABLE, pour une expérience UNIQUE dans la région. 54 m2 de confort et de plaisir, comprenant deux balcons plein sud sur vue dégagée ( un des 2 balcons est accessible) avec un parking privatif. La balnéo est haut gamme, elle a été choisi pour une question d'hygiène et pour éviter tous les produits chimiques nécessaire au maintient de l'eau. Le sauna traditionnel à vapeur, aux pierrres de laves, permet des températures exceptionnelles.

Nombreuses randonnées pédestres et cyclistes en forêt ou au coeur des vignobles. Idéal pour 2 personnes. . Terrasse privative. Wir bieten ein ca 100 m2 großes Ferienappartement für bis zu 3 Erwachsenen in ruhiger ländlicher Umgebung an. Von diesem Standort kann man in ca 35 km Luxemburg oder auch die älteste Stadt Deutschlands Trier mit der gleichen Entfernung erreichen. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die Saarschleife mit dem Baumwipfelpfad. Von hier sind zahlreiche Wandermöglichkeiten und auch Fahrradausflüge an der Saar oder auch der Mosel entlang zu empfehlen. Die Hausbesitzer bewohnen das Erdgeschoss des Hauses.

Die helle und freundliche Wohnung mit Wohn- und Schlafraum befindet sich im Gartengeschoss unseres Hauses, das über eine Außentreppe erreichbar ist. Sehr gute Busanbindung zur Innenstadt. Im Stadtteil gibt es ein Café, einen Eissalon, zwei Pizzerien und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (10 Min Fußweg) und viel Grün. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten finden sich auf dem Grundstück oder direkt vor dem Haus oder in der Hauptstraße, 100m vom Haus.

Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.

Im Dezember bis Ende Februar liegt das Hausboot, wie auf dem ersten beiden Bildern zu sehen ist im Hafenbecken. Einzigartige Unterkunft an der Mosel. Das Hausboot liegt am Außenkai, mit einem direkten Blick aufs Wasser. Von der Sonne verwöhnt den ganzen Tag. Es verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Badezimmer mit Dusche, Wohnküche und Terrasse. Auf dem Dach befindet sich eine weitere Sonnenterrasse.
