Located in Saranda's No. 1 tourist area, with some of the best restaurants, seaside resorts and the cleanest and safest beaches such as "Mango Beach", "Santa Quaranta", ect. The apartment is oriented to the sea and you can enjoy the Ionian sea as well as Corfu in the background. Cleanliness is exemplary and our hospitality will always be at maximum. Newly built front-side apartment with breathtaking sea view. Only 2 minutes from the beautiful beach and 20 minutes walk from the old town. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets and different shops can be found just a few steps from the house. A bus station is very near the building so you can go to city center or to the ancient city of Butrint (UNESCO world heritage) (15 min drive) The location of the building is in street Butrinti across the beautiful beaches and with easy access by car.

This cozy summer home is located in one of the best areas of Saranda: close to some of the best beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, but also quiet enough in the evening to enjoy a relaxing glass of wine on the balcony with Sea view! There is a beautiful sea-front view from the sunny balcony... You will enjoy it for sure :)
