It has a wonderful lake view and all the furniture is NEW. It is decorated with so much love and beach/elegance style. Sabal Key area is very calm and strategic location (between Bradenton and Sarasota airport SRQ) The clubhouse has a big heat pool, tennis and basketball courts. A 5 minutes you have Publix, Walmart and many restaurants.
