Das Haus wurde 2025 äußerst geschmackvoll saniert und verfügt über einen Eingangsbereich, ein Wohnbereich mit SAT-TV, ein Essbereich mit einer offenen Küche und zwei Schlafzimmer sowie 2 Bäder. Ein Bad ist im Erdgeschoß, ein weiteres Bad sowie die beiden Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Obergeschoß des Hauses. Durch das hintere Schlafzimmer haben Sie einen Zugang zur Dachterrasse. Ein Highlight des Hauses ist die gemauerte Außenküche mit einem Profi-Gasgrill, Spüle und ein weiterer Kühlschrank.

Esta casa es un proyecto que se inició en el 2005 y se a finalizado en el 2018. Se realizó en varios períodos pero ahora es un proyecto hecho realidad. Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.
