Beautiful and fully remodeled beach condo in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico that is only a few steps away from its own private beach! Located in a gated community where you can enjoy 2 swimming pools, tennis & basketball courts, a playground, and it’s only a five-minute drive from 2 golf courses. A quick drive to all the major tourist attractions, including El Yunque Rainforest, horseback riding, the Luquillo Kiosks, and much more. And it’s very close to supermarkets, restaurants, and entertainment.

Fall asleep to the sound of the surf in our 2-bedroom, 2-bath ocean front condo. It's beautifully furnished and fully equipped with 2 queen beds + 2 comfortable full-sized click-It sofas. Enjoy meals on the balcony overlooking the ocean view! PLEASE NOTE: Our ocean wall had to be rebuilt after Hurricane Maria. A gate to the ocean was installed but the stairs have yet to be installed. No worries--beach access is available through the community basketball court (3 doors beyond our property.)

It is also walking distance from the main hotel and steps away from the beach and pools . We have 1 lap pool , 1 infinity pool , 1 adult pool, 1 jacuzzi & kids pool.... Catamaran located in Fajardo are 15 min away . Supermarkets 10 min ride . El Yunque rain forest 10 min away.

Margaritaville Vacation Club by Wyndham - Rio Mar offers a private beach area in Rio Mar, a restaurant and guests can have fun at the casino and games room.
