Family friendly and unique New Yorker apartment with sauna.

After enjoying Copenhagen all the day, you will love to spend time in the big living room together as a family or relax in the sauna. You will experience that it is a very personal apartment with unique and exciting things, which makes it an experience to live here. The apartment, originally from 1849, has undergone an extensive renovation, resulting in a timeless yet modern home. There is also a small and cosy balcony. The apartment consists of one large room (kitchen/living room), a master bedroom, to smaller rooms and a big bathroom with a really nice sauna with room for three persons. You'll find a ground plan under photos. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and a Quooker (a tap with boiling water). In the living room you'll find cool retro furniture, a 55'' TV and blu-ray. We use Sonos sound system in the apartment. There is also a small and cosy balcony where smoking is allowed. The street is a charming little side street to Strøget where you'll find the old cinema Grand, the wine bar Villa Vino and a bakery where you can buy tasty Danish pastry. But this is only the beginning! There are loads of cafes, bars, shops, museums etc. nearby, and the apartment is located 10 minutes on foot from Copenhagen Central Station. 30sqm house with kitchen, sauna, gazebo and loft.

A complete 30 sqm house just for you. In the house you will find your own sauna, a big bathroom with shower, a living room with kitchen including stove & fridge plus freezer and a loft with a king size double bed. The couch folds out to a queen size bed. The guest house is right next to our main house but has its very own patio for some privacy. Parking is easy accessible and is is of course included. We are usually close by if you have any questions or want tips regarding the surroundings.

Denna lilla studiolägenhet (16 kvm - 1 rum med duschrum och kokvrå) ligger på Nobeltorget nära Folkets Park. Endast tio minuter med buss från centralstationen och 20 min promenad till downtown. Citycyklar och tre olika busslinjer utanför huset! Du får tillgång till en lummig trädgård med grillplats, ett lusthus och du kan till och med unna dig en avslappnande och rogivande stund i vår relaxavdelning med bastu, bubbelpool & massagefåtölj. Eget ställe, lugnt och skönt med närhet till allt!

När ni bor här har ni huset för er själva. Några rum är dock privata. Detta ingår: Våning 2: Sovrum & badrum, resesäng finns. Våningen 1: Stort vardagsrum med braskamin, matbord & TV, kök & badrum. Källare: 150 cm bred bäddsoffa & extrasäng. Tvättmaskin, torktumlare, strykjärn, toalett, dusch. Bubbelbad & bastu kostar 50 kr per tillfälle. Uteplats (ca. 7x3,5 m) med bord, stolar, parasol & grill. 600 m till Oxie station, 2 hållplatser till Triangeln. 200 m till hållplats för stadsbuss 1.

Cozy cabin in the woods with sauna close to lake!

A super cozy timber cabin in the woods. This place is made for the adventurous or for a relaxing getaway. Just take our rowing boat for a swim at the lake, use our digital maps with paths only the locals know walking or biking, take a sauna or just cuddle upp in front of the huge soapstone stove. The cabin is around 50 m² and sleeps 5 persons with 2 single beds and 2 double beds to choose from. Firewood, maps, sauna, rowing boat etc is all inclusive & dogs are of course welcome too!

Renoverat källarplan i gammalt hus

Vi välkomnar gäster till renoverat källarplanet som är ca 60 m2, i vår gamla villa från 1929. Det finns värmegolv, öppen spis, tv, dusch, bastu, badkar, Nespresso, micro, wifi och egen ingång genom carport och verkstad. Obs! Inget kök. I sovrummet finns en 160 cm säng och i tv-rummet en bäddsoffa (140 cm) Ni är välkommen att vara i trädgården som har en uteplats i hörnan. Eftersom det är trappor ner är det inte handikappvänligt. Det är gratis parkering på gatan men datumparkering.

Välkommen till en fridfull vistelse i min mysiga tvåa! Du bor i eget hus, mitt annex, med tillgång till egen uteplats. Framför huset finns ett grönområde, du vaknar till fågelkvitter varje morgon. Lugnt och trivsamt i återvändsgränd. Lägenheten består av allrum, pentry, möblerad korridor, sovrum med ett par sängar (de kan fästas ihop) på övervåningen. WC, duschrum, bastu, hall och tvättstuga på nedre våningen. Det finns en liten kyl, ett par kokplattor, mikrovågsugn och kaffekokare.
