A perfect getaway for 2 (or on your own), you’ll sleep comfortably in a queen-size bed with all of the must-have amenities, including an in-unit compost toilet, running water and an outdoor shower. Cook meals over the fire or grill and relax under the stars in the wood-fired hot tub (seasonal). Enjoy some modern comforts while getting up close with nature so you can truly unwind. Just 10 minutes from the beach!

Watch the sunset from the backyard patio, spend the afternoon kayaking on the beautiful 1000's Island waters or fishing from the newly built 65ft dock. The water is clear and clean, perfect for swimming and water activities. Very clean shoreline (no weeds). It's a beautiful, peaceful and private place.

With 16 acres of backyard, the perfect blend of recreation and friendship, relaxation and discovery. There is a 265 feet private beach. The house has been totally renovated with a modern kitchen, the bright sun room. There are four bed rooms and six beds. Come to enjoy the magnificent view of St. Lawrence River. We provide weekly clean and change sheets for long term guests.

Enjoy 3 season lake access for kayaking & canoe. Year round trails for hiking, snow shoeing, exploring etc. Beautiful scenery and wildlife in a peaceful, private setting, relax and unwind by the fire! We look forward to having you! Suitable for 2 guests but room for more if needed for children etc.

We would like to invite you to escape in nature with a stay at our charming cabin. Nestled close to a network of pristine lakes, this cozy cabin sleeps up to six, making it ideal for families or groups of friends seeking a relaxing getaway in Southern Ontario.Enjoy the serene beauty of the surroundings with easy access to lakes for swimming, boating , fishing, or 4wheeling trails. With villages and towns nearby you can experience the local entertainment, famous trails, and lakes.

2 Bedroom Vintage Suite (mid-term available)

The 2 bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate 4 guests. The suite is in the Mechanic Block and dates back to 1874. The apartment was restored while keeping the historical integrity in check. With vintage sink, clawfoot tub and 7' interior walls (not reaching ceiling as shown on photos) There is private parking and separate entrance. You get the entire apartment. The main level of this historical commercial building is operated by the building owner.

Cottontail Cabin, nestled on 22 acres of serene woods! This is the perfect retreat for those seeking a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway in the heart of nature. The cabin is fully equipped with all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. With 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch, the cabin can accommodate up to 6 guests. The cabin features infloor heating and a woodstove to keep you warm and cozy. We have a full-size hot tub and a wood fired sauna!

Peaceful Country Retreat at Reads School House

This renovated historic 1800's school house located in the lovely countryside, a 10 minute drive from Brockville, Ontario; City of the 1000 Islands. The main level includes a comfortable living space, kitchen with eating area and full bathroom. The upper level has an open loft space with 2 twin beds, a small bedroom with a queen bed and half bathroom. Outdoor space includes a screened-in porch overlooking beautiful fields to the back of the property.
