This is a non smoking beach themed country house. Set just outside of the city of Milford in the country, it's located in central Delaware , making it convenient to many places, 5 min. to DE Turf complex, 20 min. to Dover, 20-25 min. to Rehoboth and other beach destinations. Being so close to Milford there are many food and entertainment options, less than 5 minutes away. This is a very relaxing, peaceful, country house with full kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV in both bedrooms, and full coffee/ tea station.

Please note: We require guests to book the total amount of persons staying as we charge per-guest. We do not have a TV and our home is not suitable for unsupervised young children. Between Whitwell’s Delight and Bowers Beach Road, across from the old Tuthill Brothers Farm, we have a quiet space that is perfect for up to eight people to feel at home; great for couples or a tight-knit group of friends or family. We also have records, board games and puzzles to enhance the feeling of a cozy stay.

We are 5 mins from Highway 1 and located 15 mins from DE Sports Complex 10 mins from Highway 13 (Dupont Ave) Near the mall, casino, racetrack, shopping, and many restaurants. Killens Pond State Park is a 10 min drive. Harrington Casino the Del. State Fair is 15 mins from us.

Queen size bed in bedroom w/ extra pillows and blankets. Sofa queen size pull out bed complete w/linens. 12 miles to DE Turf, 7 miles to First State BMX, 26 miles to Lewes, 29 miles to Rehoboth, 27 miles to Dover Downs, 16 miles to Dogfish Brewery. Warm, Cozy, Beach Cottage on the Bay

Relax alone or with the whole family at this peaceful beach cottage. Master bedroom has a queen size bed. The kids bedroom has a twin bunk bed. The walk through bedroom has a full size bed with a pull out twin bed as well as 2 queen size sofa beds. NOTE: THIS IS A BAY BEACH AND IS NOT A SWIMMING BEACH. The beach is great for taking long walks and sunning but not suitable for bathing. House has stairs and is elevated, not suitable for folks who have difficulty with stairs.

The Delaware resort beaches of Lewes, Rehoboth, Dewey Beach, Bethany Beach and Fenwick are just 30 minutes south on Rt. 1. You'll enjoy quick easy access on/off Rt. 1.
