Our 1968 Bedford TK Horse Lorry has been lovingly converted into guest accommodation for 2 adults using repurposed materials to create a cosy, welcoming hideaway. Barney’s Ruins is an Irish clachan like no other — celebrated by Dezeen as one of the Top 6 Rural Designs in the World! A place to relax and unwind in a magical rural farm setting, it was designed by award-winning architect Patrick Bradley (featured on BBC NI’s Restoration Rescue). This iconic piece of contemporary architecture floats elegantly above the ruins of a cottage dating back to his great-great-uncle Barney in 1830. By night, it dazzles like a luminous art installation.

The Hen House @ Bancran School

The Hen House is a quirky, corrugated Tiny House retreat with a comfy double bedroom, kitchen and cooking facilities, a private hot tub, and daylight-attracting gallery windows that showcase the Sperrin Mountains to absolute perfection! Spend the evening taking in the views whilst relaxing in front of the Danish Morso stove or enjoy the communal Gin Tin facilities with BBQ. The Hen house is at the rear of Bancran School our family home and in a quiet area.

Beautiful property inside and out with the most stunning views of Royal Portrush Golf Course and only a stones through away from whiterocks beach. This home really need to be seen to be appreciated in its full entirety. Enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace and watch the sun set over the Whiterocks, take romantic walks along the beach or head into Portrush (1 mile away) for a night to remember. Once you stay one or two nights you will want to come back again.
