The spacious bedroom and shower room are on the ground floor, with an open plan kitchen/living space on the first floor. The kitchen provides a great space for creating some delicious dishes, while the comfy sofa and log burner make evenings even more cozy.

It's beautiful, spacious and peaceful set in the conservation area of Crantock. There's great views from the property with lots of beauty spots near by. It's a short walk to Crantock beach with Polly Joke beach not far, so great for walking, swimming, surfing, fishing, kayaking or just lying on the beach. There are three pubs with good food a great Italian restaurant and a well stocked shop a short walk away. You'll also be well located here mid way on the coast for touring all of Cornwall.

Penmarestee Cottage is a beautifully presented annexe situated on the outskirts of the picturesque Cornish harbour town of Falmouth. The accommodation offers an ideal hub from which to explore Falmouth and the surrounding areas, having your car with you would be helpful for your travelling, there is the use of a private driveway, or a bus stop is nearby. If your not driving you would be within 35 minutes easy walk of Falmouth town centre, as well as several local beaches and coastal walks.
