During the day, the living room is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the company, and at night, the sofa becomes a large and comfortable double bed where you can rest peacefully. The master bedroom will give you dreamy nights, with its comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. The high-end finishes and design details will make you feel like you are in a luxurious five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. If you are traveling with a baby and need a crib and high chair for your stay, you can request them in advance. The lighting throughout the apartment has been carefully designed and domotized to create different atmospheres. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. It also has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, heating and air conditioning. You will be surrounded by the best haute cuisine restaurants and entertainment options. If you have access to a private vehicle, you will be able to move around the city more flexibly. Keep in mind that the centre of Madrid can have heavy traffic, especially during rush hour, so it is advisable to plan your trips in advance and consider other options if traffic is heavy. From the moment you make your booking and throughout your stay in the accommodation, until the moment you leave, I will be at your disposal to make your stay as pleasant as possible. As an added benefit for our guests, no additional charge will be applied for check-in after this time, offering you greater flexibility in case of a later arrival. We also offer early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, subject to apartment availability. Please note that in case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the apartment, the cost of locksmith services (€150) will be the responsibility of the guest and must be paid directly to the locksmith. It is important to note that parties and noisy gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violations may lead to fines imposed by the appropriate authorities. Beds and towels will be prepared for the number of people indicated in the reservation. Accommodating more people than specified in the reservation is not allowed. We kindly remind you to turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment, and to take out the trash daily, especially during summer months. Nuestro cálido y acogedor apartamento en pleno centro de Madrid. Con calefacción y aire acondicionado, por supuesto. Cedemos nuestro apartamento de forma ocasional cuando salimos de viaje y es perfecto para pasar unos días en pareja, con amigos o en familia y disfrutar de los alrededores. Es un apartamento privado que tiene ascensor, calefacción y aire acondicionado en todo el apartamento. Hay ascensor. El apartamento está perfectamente equipado. Estaréis como en casa. El apartamento cuenta con: dormitorio principal con cama de matrimonio (140x200) y cristalera con vistas a la piscina. Es súper silencioso ya que la piscina es muy tranquila y además por la noche está cerrada. Dispone de armario completo y perchas, dos mesitas de noche, lámparas y cargadores USB para que no te falte nada. Baño privado con bañera de hidromasaje. Hay jabones con diferentes olores, champús para diferentes necesidades, pasta de dientes, desodorante y todo lo necesario. Salón comedor bastante amplio con balcón con vistas también a la piscina. Hay mesa de comedor perfecta para comer o para trabajar, y cuatro sillas. Sofá con chaise longue que se convierte en cama de matrimonio grande. Televisión de 50" con Netflix. Wifi de alta velocidad. Cocina americana con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Dispone de hervidor eléctrico (con infusiones que os dejaremos a vuestra disposición), tostadora, cafetera Nespresso (y cápsulas de café que os proporcionamos también nosotros como detalle), microondas, horno, frigorífico con congelador, vitrocerámica y lavavajillas. Hay menaje y también tenemos lavadora y tendedero interior plegable. Os dejaré ropa de cama, toallas de baño, mantas adicionales para el invierno (para disfrutar de una película en el sofá). La utilización de ropa de cama extra o sofá cama debe ser indicado con anterioridad y conllevará un pequeño cargo extra. ⚠️ Importante: el apartamento es especialmente silencioso ya que no da a la calle. También es muy luminoso y tranquilo. No hay ningún ruido del exterior. Aún así, por si viajas acompañado y necesitas un extra de seguridad, siempre os dejaremos tapones para los oídos en la mesita de noche. Utilízalos si los necesitas pero no será por nosotros 😊. 🧳 No guardamos equipaje, sin embargo, justo delante del apartamento hay un locker donde podéis dejarlo. Nuestro encantador apartamento te brinda la oportunidad de sumergirte en la auténtica vida madrileña y disfrutar de la cultura, la gastronomía y el arte de Malasaña. Nuestro apartamento cuenta con un ambiente cálido y acogedor que te hará sentir como en casa desde el momento en que entres. Decorado con amor y cuidando cada detalle, es el refugio perfecto después de explorar la ciudad. Relájate en el salón, donde podrás descansar en el sofá después de un día de paseo y disfrutar de una buena película en Netflix. El apartamento da al interior de los edificios, por lo que no tiene absolutamente ningún ruido del exterior ni de la calle. Es súper luminoso. Por si acaso viajas acompañado y necesitas un extra de tranquilidad, siempre os dejamos unos tapones en las mesitas del dormitorio. Aseguramos noches de sueño reparador para que estéis listos para vuestras aventuras diarias. Ofrecemos Wi-Fi de alta velocidad, cargador movil, ropa de cama, toallas, todo lo necesario para el baño (champú, jabón, pasta de dientes, papel higiénico, desodorante), lo necesario para que tu solo pienses en aprovechar al máximo tu descanso. ⚠️ Importante: por la construcción del edificio, el balcón del salón tiene unas aperturas en el lateral de la barandilla que lo hacen peligroso para niños pequeños sin vigilancia. Si viajas con niños cierra la puerta del balcón o sal con ellos. No les dejes estar solos en el balcón por su seguridad.

Hvis du kommer i bil, ligger en stor parkeringsplads på Plaza de Pedro Zerolo, Madrid, kun 2 minutters gang fra lejligheden. Der er også en cykeludlejningsstation få minutter væk. The apartment is located on the second floor of a typical corrala Madrileña without a lift. It is an interior flat so it is quite well isolated from the noise of the Malasaña´s busy nights.
