This House is located in a quiet neighborhood one block off Main street here in Beaver Dam, KY. Enjoy a nice cozy country home while you visit. It is fully finished so you will feel right home. The property sits on a corner lot with access from both streets. The house has a front porch for lazy evening to catch some fresh air. You can pull right up underneath the carport for easy access to the back door for entry. The home offers a nice yard and fire pit. Food and shopping all minutes away

This home 🏡 offers a tranquil place next to the city park and view of lake. Home offers 2 large bedrooms both with king size beds. Each bedroom has their own heating and air with ozone cleaning to assist in the cleanest air we can provide. The living room offers a new queen sleeper sofa. Our kitchen is stocked many cooking appliances and pantry items but no stove or oven. Upon request we provide bikes, games, grills, memory foam top for sofa bed and most anything you need for infants/toddlers.

Cheerful 3 Bedroom home on a semi-private lake

Experience the lake life with this 3 bedroom 2 bath home. You can kayak or canoe with the provided boats. Take time to fish or just take in the piece and quiet of the beautiful 20acre semi-private lake. Relax with the whole family on the back porch that overlooks the water. There is a 14’ Jonboat with trolling motor for use on the water (2" ball to move the boat is provided). After a fun day at the lake enjoy a nice fire at the firepit by the water to make more memories. NO PETS ALLOWED PLEASE

Waters edge is a cabin on beautiful Lake Malone in Western KY. Perfect for fishing, kayaking, hiking, boating, and just relaxing. Cabin has over 200ft lake frontage, and is one of the most desirable spots on the lake, directly across Shady Cliff Marina. We love our 4-legged family, and your furry friends are just as important to us! Pets allowed for free with prior notice. We’re so happy to have you considering our lovely Water’s Edge. Cozy Quarters offers a delightful home away from home. After unloading in the convenient carport, you’ll find our place is clean & comfortable with the amenities you’re accustomed to. Also featured is a dedicated work space for business travelers who will treasure the location, central to downtown yet tucked away on a dead end street. It’s also just a short drive to all the attractions the lakes have to offer. A quiet backyard is perfect for an early cup of coffee before starting your day.

Whippoorwill Farmhouse

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located just two miles from the city, this fourth generation 1933 farmhouse has been recently remodeled inside and out. Enjoy relaxing in the enclosed front porch or the wrap around deck with views of the 180-acre working crop farm. Guests can enjoy a nice stroll around the farm, drop a line in the stocked pond, and spend time around the fire talking and roasting smore's. Ask your host about group events and hayrides around the farm.

Ideal for traveling nurses, co ops at local factories or those traveling for family events, wedding weekends, and visiting friends. Smoking and vaping on the property is not allowed.

The Farm

Step away from the fast pace of daily life and enjoy family, friends and the peace of country living. Secluded modern farm house, that began as a log cabin, situated on approximately 100 acres of crop fields and includes a scenic lake. This property has been in our family for over 100 years. It has been lovingly furnished and decorated for a one of a kind stay. We want our guests to unplug, refresh, and renew.
