Multiple oceanfront decks. 100 ft granite shoreline, short stroll to nearby sand beaches. Swim, fish, read a book, or watch the sailboats go by! (Not suitable for children/pets/events.)

Restored Barn 5 minutes from the beach and the lovely town of Madison, CT . Vaulted ceilings, stone fireplace, radiant heat floors, newly renovated bathroom and kitchenette. Downstairs is one large open room, with bathroom. Upstairs is a loft space with twin beds and TV/sitting room space. Great area for biking, kayaking and exploring the CT shoreline. Good for a couple, small families, girl friends weekend or alone time in the country. We would consider a well behaved furry companion too.

Recommended for groups of up to 4 (5 if with kids). Second bedroom (king) is open to living area-we provide a folding screen for door area and curtain for “passthrough”.

Here you'll enjoy bird watching, fall leaf-peeping, swimming, and fishing, and we are dog friendly! Minutes from the Guilford train station, local restaurants, shopping, and the historic town green. Sea Breeze is only 20 minutes from New Haven and the Yale campus. We have it all, even the beach towels!

The Barn by the Sound

Spend a weekend in The Barn: a modern designed free-standing building with guest studio apartment above, designed to look like a barn; the studio has views at tree level of a quiet, old neighborhood; one block from Long Island Sound; on a section of the historic old Boston Post Road. There is lots of natural light coming from a large window with a lovely view of a privet hedge on our property overlooking a park like property across the street.

Less than a 15 minute walk to the beach, 10 minutes from the train and a quaint New England downtown area complete with movie theater, restaurants, a world-famous bookstore and library, the location of this property is hard to beat.

The Cottage at Indian Cove

A charming original turn of the century cottage that was recently renovated. One main room plus a full bathroom and Ikea kitchen. It includes a back porch that gets a perfect amount of late afternoon sun. The cottage has electric baseboard heat for cool nights. We are located in Indian Cove beach Association with a two block walk to the beach. You are welcome to enjoy our kayaks, bikes to tour the area and a fire pit.
