Many businesses in downtown Hot Springs had flooding and are still rebuilding and many were spared and are open! It's located just 4 miles from downtown Marshall & it is about 20-25 mins. from both Asheville & Hot Springs. There are plenty of outdoor activities nearby which include horseback riding, rafting/paddling on the French Broad River, zip-lining, hiking (we have more details in the host guidebook).
