This shaded lot is perfect for boaters or just to kick back & enjoy the country like surroundings. Amenities include pergola swing, gas grill, 2 covered porches very secure area. Washer/dryer are available for your use. The condo is a one-floor unit, with 3 parking spaces (one at the front door; 2 in the rear). There are 3 stairs at the front.

This property also includes use of a 2 slip private dock at the end of the Rockcastle bay. This beautiful home is located on 10 acres and is on a private drive. The dock is only 150 yards from the back door! ATTENTION!! The dock is only accessible from the water during the summer pool levels. Summer pool is usually April until Early August but dates vary.
