Apartmant Mareta III is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner , unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

Beachfront house in Kotor

Luxurious house with beautiful view on Bay of Kotor. It is situated in one of the most desirable vacation areas in Bay. The house is 4km far from Kotor, ancient town, which has a lot to offer, from its history to pure entertainment. There is a parking spot in front of the house. There are cafe, supermarket and old church in neighbourhood. There are 3 double-bedded rooms and one with 2 single beds and every sleeping rooms has its own bathroom. Kitchen is quite big and well equipped.

This stone house is located in Rt Veslo, Lustica peninsula. This is not a hotel, but a rustic family home in wild nature. It has its imperfections, which come along with unique atmosphere. There is a small beach one minute walk from the house and also a campsite with a beach and picturesque trails 5 minutes from the house. Nearest market is in Zanjice 7km away, and another one in Radovici 12km from the house. There is no public transport. Taxi from airport is around 25euros.

Studio apartman se nalazi u mirnom mjestu, 2 km od Perasta i 12 km od Kotora. Posjeduje francuski ležaj (160×200), kuhinju, toalet i terasu od 15 m² s prelijepim pogledom na zaliv. Gostima su na raspolaganju jacuzzi, besplatan parking i privatna plaža sa ležaljkama, suncobranima i kajakom. Savršen izbor za parove koji žele mir, privatnost i opuštanje uz more. Napomena: pristup je moguć samo stepenicama, nije pogodno za starije osobe.
