Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. It's a fresh, light and warm apartment in a cosy neightbornhood, and very close to the city center. There are trams and busses just a few hundred meters away. There is parking spot reserved for you. There is a garden area for you, if the sunny weathers allows for a "Fika" outside. It is possible to borrow our barbeque as well. Välkomna till vårt nybyggda attefallshus i en grönskande trädgård på Hisingen, ca 5 km från centrum. Du tar dig lätt till city med buss på ca 15 minuter. Huset är ca 24 m2 (inklusive loft och toalett), är byggt 2023 och har fullutrustat kök, toalett med dusch och tvättmaskin. På loftet finns 2 sovplatser(obs, något lågt i tak) och i vardagsrummet finns en bäddsoffa för 2. Från en altandörr når man en egen liten uteplats. Barnstol och studsmatta kan lånas ut vid behov.

Detta boende ligger i området Kungsladugård, Majorna. Parken Slottsskogen ligger precis i närheten och på några minuter når du Mariaplan där det finns barer, restauranger och butiker. Det tar 15 minuter med spårvagnen till centrala Göteborg. Det finns flera mataffärer bara några kvarter bort.

It offers all the amenities you would need for a very pleasent stay. It is completely separate from the house in which we live. It has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, shower area and a toilette.
