La casa è a 4 minuti dal mare. La bellissima spiaggia di Rimigliano è vicinissima e a pochi minuti di auto si può raggiungere il Golfo di Baratti. Molte attrazioni in zona: borghi medievali (Campiglia, Suvereto, Populonia), parchi divertimenti, le terme Calidario, il parco acquatico di Cecina. La casa è una bifamiliare e, con il suo ampio giardino privato, è un oasi di relax, è possibile mangiare all’esterno. Gli spazi interni sono ampi e luminosi. The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

The house in the Castle and the secret garden

Our beloved garden house is situated in the heart of Suvereto just a 5 minute walk from the main car park, free of charge. It consists of 1 private entrance, living room with sofa bed and TV (with Netflix) and access to the main bathroom with a large shower, 1 romantic double room with private bathroom, 1 smaller room with bunk bed - ideal for children. A terracotta staircase connects the living room with the kitchen and with the garden with veranda and outdoor shower.

50mq three-rooms apartment in Venturina Terme with independent entrance. It's composed by: a bedroom with queensize bed, a bedroom with double bed, bathroom and kitchen. Suitable for four adults or family with two children. The natural spring and the thermal baths are reachable by foot. Gulf of Baratti, Rimigliano and Sterpaia parks, Suvereto and Campiglia Marittima are near the apartment. My accomodation is perfect for travel-workers, couples and families.

It is immersed in a peaceful countryside surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woodland and enjoys a beautiful view of the sea and the castle of Castagneto Carducci. At the same time its position allows you to reach the village in just 10 minutes by foot and the beaches of Marina di Castagneto in 10 minutes by car or bus.

La spiaggia di sabbia è raggiungibile (a piedi) attraverso un vialetto ombreggiato ed attrezzato all'interno di una lecceta. Si trova in una zona strategica in quanto è possibile raggiungere molte belle località sia della costa che dell'interno.
