The U3 subway can be reached in five minutes on foot and takes you to the city center in 10 minutes. After an 8-minute walk you will be at the U2, which will take you directly to the main train station or the trade fair. The apartment has an east-facing balcony and a west-facing balcony. You can have sun alle over the day.

Das extravagante 70er Jahre Architektenhaus, befindet sich im Schwabing West, unweit des Bonnerplatzes (U3) /U2 & bietet dort vielseitige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen großen Wohnraum, mit anschließender Küche. Ein großes Bad & separaten Gäste WC. Ein Ankleideraum ist vorhanden. Im Waschkeller befindet sich eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner.

Jede Räumlichkeit bietet ein wenig Privatsphäre, da alle Zimmer vom Flur aus zugänglich sind.

I am renting out my 2 room apartment, it is located central but still next to Olympiapark - great for sunsets at Olympiaberg and concerts/summer festivals. 15 min by bike or tram to get to the main city (Karlsplatz or Sendlinger Tor). Also 15 min to get to Main Station, Münchner Freiheit or Universität which is nice for going out. My neighbour will be managing my flat while I am away.
