The self-contained cottage is located on our small rural lifestyle block in the heart of the Wakatipu Basin a short drive to Queenstown, Arrowtown, Airport. The cottage is nestled away with a private garden for you to enjoy. Modern 2-bedroomed, open-plan kitchen/dining/living/separate bathroom/toilet/large deck/shared driveway. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has the option of two single or king beds.

Private one-bedroom unit attached to the main house, featuring a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, living area, hot tub, and outdoor seating overlooking the marina and The Remarkables.
