Located on a peninsula of Oseetah Lake, we have waterfront access perfect for ice skating, snowshoeing and XC skiing in the winter right from our doorstep. The lake offers sweeping views of Ampersand and the surrounding mountains.

Bedroom has a King Size Bed and the bathroom has a shower. During the winter months AWD vehicles are advisable to make it up the driveway.
