The location is perfect for exploring Bristol as we are in easy walking/bus distance from the Harbour, Ashton Court Estate, Clifton Suspension Bridge, Ashton Gate Stadium as well as many attractions. The Studio is a new conversion offering parking and a very light and airy space with a king size bed, full kitchen and stunning shower room. We can take an extra guest/child on a guest bed if required.

The surrounding area offers a zoo farm, National Trust property, and coastal walks in both Portishead and Clevedon.

Failand has a popular pub and grocery store/cafe and is a great place to enjoy glorious countryside yet with close proximity to Bristol.
