We hope that this space can be a place of "Light" and restoration for each person who stays- a great escape. The home is a wonderful, quick walk to Old Town Louisville (just 3 blocks away). There are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques to explore. The home is also a short 15 minute drive from Boulder and a scenic 25 mins. to Denver. Public bus stop is a 1/2 block away.

Lafayette is known for its art culture with many studios, restaurants, breweries and antique shops within walking distance.

Its a short walk to the farmers market and a great location the Street Faire, the annual music festival Friday nights during the summer. RTD busses pick up right outside the house. It's 15 minutes to Boulder by car and 30 minutes to Denver.

Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with easy access to Boulder, Denver, Louisville, and Longmont. Private entrance to bedroom, bath, living area with wood-burning fireplace, laundry, and dining space with small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, teapot, and table. No upstairs kitchen access; best for light meals and reheating leftovers.

Very comfortable, private studio just three blocks to downtown Louisville downtown restaurants and parks. Peaceful and quiet location ideal for one person or a couple. There is a great outside patio to hang out with a mountain view. Please follow along with the pictures to go from finding the front of the house to park at the end of the alley to the south on Hutchinson near the old buildings. Then make your way down the alley to the back gate.
