Haus am See

Das 200 Jahre alte Bauernhaus liegt neben Wasserfall, Wald und See in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Das Haus wurde nur sanft renoviert. Vieles ist noch im Originalzustand wie die historische Stube mit Nussbaumbüffet, altem Parkett und Kachelofen. Geheizt wird mit Zentralheizung. Alle Zimmer sind holzgetäfert. Die Böden können bei Betreten knarren - gehört halt zum alten Holzhaus. Hier findet man Ruhe und ist trotzdem nahe von tollen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Familien und Gruppen fühlen sich hier wohl.

Privater Eingang im Parterre des Hauses, inkl. Parkplatz und Gartensitzplatz - Ländliche Umgebung. Im winter empfehlen wir Anreise nur Autos mit 4WD wegen schnee!! 20 min WALK from St Niklaus station(up & Downhill -waydirection see in our profile!) NO TAXI OR BUS FROM THE TRAINSTATION!! Sauna & Relax

The town of Montescheno offers the charm of the mountains (700 meters), an enviable sunny position and at the same time the proximity to the city of Domodossola (12km) and the alpine lakes. Villa Alba presents itself with spacious and bright rooms, a panoramic view of the mountains and at the same time the relaxation of a Finnish sauna and jacuzzi. The outdoor spaces are very pleasant and usable: veranda with sofa and armchairs, balcony, garden, pergola with table and benches.

Unser Ferienhaus hält alle Annehmlichkeiten, wie voll ausgestattete Küche, WLAN, und kostenfreie Parkplätze für euch bereit und befindet sich nur wenige Meter von der Langlaufloipe sowie der Schilthornbahn entfernt.
