My place is good for couples, business travellers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Pets are subject to an additional £30 cleaning fee per pet per stay, payable on arrival. There are about 74 steps up to the flat door (which includes a quirky 24 step spiral narrow-ish stair at the end) and as expected with a such a heritage property, there also is not a lift.
