Our condo is a privately owned 1st floor rustic themed home that sits along the East branch of the Pemigewasset River. Direct river access from our back porch. One minute drive to Loon Mountain and close to many area attractions. Leave the city noises behind when you walk through our private front entrance - you’ll feel like you’ve transported to a remote cabin in the woods! Listen to the sounds of the rushing river and enjoy breathtaking nature views from every room (mountain view in winter).

There is a seasonal summer outdoor pool for registered guests, and a winter indoor pool/hot tub—Ski locker outside of the unit. Free shuttle service to Loon Mountain is included.
