Franconia Notch, 10-15 minutes drive to hiking, skiing at Loon or Cannon , 30 min to Waterville Valley. Snowshoe out the door by the river. My Swiss heritage makes me a supurb cleaner. Wifi. Parking. Striking distance to lots of fun stuff. For skimobilers, there's a trail from the cabin that connects with the VAST network.
