Modern & Quiet Serenity Getaway Enhanced Cleaning

Located in a nice and quiet tree lined neighborhood. It's located right off Sanford blvd which has all the local shops. Which includes Stop & Shop, Target, CVS, Burger King, McDonald's and KFC just to name a few. Some of the amenities available are Smart Tv,WiFi, work station,coffee maker, cookware and utensils, iron, ironing board and hair dryer just to name a few. There's also plenty of parking. It's also a 15 min walk to metro north Station, you can be in the NYC in 25-30min.

Rental is located next to a busy road , if you are not comfortable with some traffic at certain times of the day then this may not be for you I would also note that this home is small inside but very comfortable . There is a cozy yard to relax in next to a fire pit and a table and chairs if you would like to eat outside. I will provide firewood for one night, and charcoal for grill for one night as well. Located 1/4 mile from home is a local place to purchase extra wood .

Walk outside to enjoy the free ranging chickens as you gaze at the rustic grounds of this enchanting stone-built home dating from 1772. The suite has its our private entrance, bathroom and fireplace all stocked with plenty of firewood for your stay. Fireplace can be used November-March only unless temperatures are under 40 degrees.
