A Cosy Cabin in an Old Orchard

Our charming cabin is tucked away in its own private corner of a small apple orchard, offering the perfect retreat from everyday life. You’ll be staying on our working family farm which is gently farmed to encourage a rich diversity of flora and fauna. You are welcome to ramble along the paths around the farm to spot the many farmland birds, get up close to the deer and to identify some of the arable plants- some are very rare! It truly is a farm where nature comes first. Come and explore!

Situated just 10 miles northwest from historic Oxford, and just a 20 minute walk from Blenheim Palace and a 10 minute drive to the pretty market town of Woodstock, this is the ideal place to stay and explore the Cotswolds and surrounding countryside. You'll be staying in a newly built annex within the grounds of our house. The property has everything we would want when we go away and is a luxury home from home. Surrounded by beautiful Cotswold countryside, within walking distance of Blenheim Palace and an easy train, bus or car ride into Oxford.

The Crofts Studio (Central Location)

The Crofts Studio is very "bijou"...a lovely small but perfectly formed annexe, with its own entrance and off street parking. We have a standard double bed, very comfortable for a solo traveller and cosy for a couple... Our place is complete with en-suite shower room (with washing machine and dryer) and a compact kitchenette area with breakfast bar and stools…. We are very central with close transport links and the A40 is on the doorstep to explore Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds

Garden Annex/Cabin: country view: long/short stays

Private entrance, workspace/Wi-Fi, parking, lovely countryside view, includes breakfast provisions. A comfortable base for working professionals or those travelling/sightseeing. Underfloor heating ensures comfort in colder weather. Sofa-bed not made up by default, advise in advance if needed. Estelle Manor 1.5 miles, Woodstock/Blenheim Palace/Witney 5 miles, Kidlington 7 miles, Oxford 10 miles & Bicester Village is located fairly nearby. Cheltenham/Newbury Racecourses 35 miles.

Self contained Studio

Little Rockwell is a self contained studio, without kitchen facilities. Very stylist, brand new accommodation for two people in the centre of Eynsham. It consists of a king sized bed, seating/dining area with fridge and has a large shower, sink and toilet. This is separate from our home, but access is via the driveway and it’s above our garage. The bus stop is very close for access to both Witney and Oxford. We are close to Blenheim Palace and The Cotswolds too.

The open plan lounge/kitchen includes a workstation with a printer and a monitor. Use of shared garden.

Conveniently placed between Blenheim palace & Estelle Manor, surrounded by beautiful forests & just one train stop away (7 mins) from Oxford city centre. This home is perfect for a family of 4 or 2 couples, with a private garden, patio, bbq & plenty of parking space. Please ask if you need to add an extra child, we can provide an inflatable mattress & bedding for you.

Tranquil Garden Retreat

Little Riversfield has its own private access and is situated down a quiet lane off Standlake village green. It is near several excellent bistro pubs. Close by are tranquil walks along the Thames Path, and around fishing and boating lakes. It is a 20-25 minute drive to Oxford, Blenheim Palace and Cotswolds locations like The Farmers Dog and Diddly Squat. The self-contained accommodation was totally refurbished with a Greek vibe in Summer 2025.
