The Studio is a new conversion offering parking and a very light and airy space with a king size bed, full kitchen and stunning shower room. 'Home from home' is how I like guests to feel whilst staying at this welcoming, clean and spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. It's a lovely, light filled property, tastefully decorated with quality furniture, art and comfortable beds, and offers a patio, garden and off street parking in a village, 15 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes the City Centre. Failand has a popular pub and grocery store/cafe and is a great place to enjoy glorious countryside yet with close proximity to Bristol.

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

Perry House is a modern 3 story townhouse on a quiet road in Long Ashton, Bristol. There are 4 bedrooms, 1 with an en-suite shower room, a family bathroom and an additional WC. Guests enjoy the use of the lounge diner opening through patio doors to a small garden with a small patio table set. The lounge has a Smart TV and Wifi is available throughout and is free of charge. There is a fully equipped separate kitchen with a breakfast table. Lovely pubs and walks are nearby.
